Our Sales and Brand Promoter is a marketing professional who would be responsible for demonstrating the features of a product to an audience or client. This executive will show how the product works, take questions and attempt to persuade consumers or clients to buy the product. This person will also promote the brand by mirroring the business through strategic positioning activities.
Sales Promoter duties and responsibilities
- Provide all the needed information on promoted services and solutions
- Assist customers in finding the suitable service or solution they are looking for
- Provide advice and guidance on services and solution selection to customers
- Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up feedback on their service experience and suggest options and invite and sign them up to upcoming events
- Consistently seek new service knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
- Present service and solutions using interactive materials as provided and relevant.
- Set up booths or promotional stands.
- Disseminate cards, brochures, flyers etc.
- Engage with customer and discover their wants and needs
- Submit daily sales report through the company sales app
Sales and Brand Promoter requirements and qualifications
- Preferably a previous working experience as a Sales & Brand Promoter
- Proven track record of successful promotions
- Customer oriented approach
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
