Job Summary
Responsible for sourcing of new clients and opportunities; meeting set sales targets and Objectives. This role is purely on high commission basis requiring self-motivated professionals who have a passion for Sales.
Job Description
Our Commission Sales Agents will be responsible for implementing/executing sales strategies and attracting new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve set targets and objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As a Commission Sales Agent, they will also research sales competition.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, social media, etc.)
- Apply discussed and agreed matrix in addition to KPIs/ KRAs and evaluate effectiveness.
- Nurture and Grow customer base through valuable relationships.
- Develop and nurture the market and its revenue potential.
- Consistent harvesting of the valuable market through rapid closing of deals
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
- Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Report and provide valuable insights and timely feedback to management.
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
Requirements
- Proven sales performance
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working within a Team (sales force)
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office and other analytical tools
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent
