No. We believe in value 4 value relationships at consulting and work on billable hours. However, we are ready to give some good considerations and extension for up to an extra hour for prospects and clients who exceed their paid consultation period.
Yes. We work on Saturdays from 10am-3pm and strictly by appointment and paid booking in the case of training. Our regular working week starts from Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm.
No. We work by appointments and strict email policy whilst following an end to end process at client engagements. You can also reach us for enquiries via Whatsapp or our specified contact lines.
After sharing our execution plan with you, we will send you status and progress report stage by stage until service/project reaches completion

The pricing for our services is done in the three (3) ways below:
First, pricing is dependent on the package of service choice or the solution that the client opts for from our consulting service brands.
Secondly, we also furnish interested clients with prices upon the assessment of the impending project or task to be executed. This is often based on scope of work, tenure, days of execution, logistics, and clients’ expectations in addition to other variables.
Lastly, we do value-based pricing instead of the regular cost-plus pricing. This way we are able to give our clients’ the needed and expected value at execution and completion of any project or service.
We only work on service requests and projects officially received via email from clients or prospects. We proceed to assess the project or service request and seek for insights and clarity where necessary through our paid consulting clinic or insight generation session. From here on, we accept to take on requests and projects through signing of Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) plus other contracts and arrangements where necessary to complete the process.
