Job Summary
The Office Manager (Admin Support) will ensure the effective and efficient running of our consulting process and operational system on a day-to-day basis to various departments and all stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating consulting activities, communicating with superiors, relaying important information from upper management, and managing administrative tasks and procedures.
Your responsibilities and tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
- Organizing meetings and managing databases
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organizing company events and conferences
- Ordering stationery and it equipment
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- Processing invoices and managing office budgets
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Organizing induction programs for new employees
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Attending meetings with senior management
- Assist the organization’s hr and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews, and updating financial documents.

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
Successful applicants must demonstrate strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince customers to purchase company products. Ultimately, top-performing direct sales executives should achieve exceptional customer service and ensure prompt service delivery.
Your responsibilities and tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.

Job Summary
We are looking for a competent Marketing Support Specialist (Graphics/web Designer and digital marketing) to support and optimize our organization’s digital marketing & Web programs. The candidate must have a firm grip and grasp of WordPress coding platforms The summary duties for this role will include tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining website and digital marketing productions, and handling general websites and digital marketing activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ideal and suitable candidates will be required to fulfill the following:
- Deploying creative, innovative, and multimedia approaches and solutions to drive up our digital narrative, enhancing our organization’s image, improving digital communication with clients, and encouraging business growth through effective campaigns.
- Must have a firm grip and grasp of the different digital touch points, drive highly effective digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and deliver on digital objectives
- Candidate should be able to design and host functioning websites, manage and maintain websites, optimize SEO, edit marketing material, and research market trends.
- To proffer ideas and solutions about how to manage and optimize our website, Upload and update web pages, handle peak traffic times, and minimize
- Configuring web servers, managing and monitoring server performance, conducting A/B tests and other performance measures, and ensuring that hardware and software are functioning correctly.

Requirements

- Proficient skills and capabilities to code in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML

- Capability to reduce web vulnerability and attacks.
- Ability to use Adobe Premiere Pro and undertake graphic design for media, web, and other platforms.
- Ability to be able to shoot create HD Videos, GIFs, etc.
Skills and Abilities
- Skills and experience in Marketing, communications, advertising, or equivalent
- Experience with programming languages, like JavaScript, C++, HTML, etc. Knowledge of new emerging media technologies, both front-end and back-end coding is strongly preferred.
- Active, experienced, and in-depth knowledge of social media sites and web hosting platforms
- To be skilled in the use of Nikon & Canon DSLR Cameras
- The ability to work with and in a team plus strong presentation skills
- Time management, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills
- Highly organized, with strong computer literacy, and strong attention to detail.
- Have a passion for content writing, copywriting/editing, excellent communication, and organization abilities.
- Knowledge of CMS and CRM platforms and analytics.
