Job Summary

We are looking for a competent webmaster and digital marketing coordinator to support and optimize our organization’s digital marketing programs. The summary duties for this role will include tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining website and digital marketing production, and handling general websites and digital marketing activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ideal and suitable candidates will be required to fulfill the following:

  • Deploying creative, innovative, and multimedia approaches and solutions to drive up our digital narrative, enhancing our organization’s image, improving digital communication with clients, and encouraging business growth through effective campaigns.
  • Must have a firm grip and grasp of the different digital touch points, drive highly effective digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and deliver on digital objectives
  • Candidate should be able to design and host functioning websites, manage and maintain websites, optimize SEO, edit marketing material, and research market trends.
  • To proffer ideas and solutions about how to manage and optimize our website, upload and update web pages, handle peak traffic times, and minimize site crashes and delays
  • Configuring web servers, managing and monitoring server performance, conducting A/B tests and other performance measures and ensure that hardware and software are functioning correctly.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives. Coordinating marketing events and launches, creating and managing mailing lists.

Skills and abilities

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, advertising, or equivalent
  • Experience with programming languages, like JavaScript, C++, HTML, etc. Knowledge of new emerging media technologies, both front-end and back-end coding is strongly preferred.
  • Active, experienced, and in-depth knowledge of social media sites and web hosting platforms
  • The ability to work with and in a team plus strong presentation skills
  • Time management, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills
  • Highly organized, strong computer literacy, and strong attention to detail.
  • Have a passion for content writing, copywriting/editing, excellent communication, and organization abilities.
  • Knowledge of CMS and CRM platforms and analytics.
